Privacy Policy

This is a closed-beta placeholder. Final privacy policy will be drafted with a UAE-qualified lawyer before public launch and will reflect UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements in full.
What we collect
- Account data — your email, name, and profile picture, supplied by Google when you sign in.
- Video uploads — match and training clips you upload, plus any derived artefacts (trimmed cuts, highlights, frame samples, shot annotations).
- Coach review activity — review requests, inline comments, structured review summaries, and the agreed price snapshot.
- Usage logs — basic server-side request logs (IP, timestamp, user-agent) for security and debugging. We do not run third-party analytics or marketing trackers during the closed beta.
What we don't collect
- Card or payment data — RallyPro does not store card numbers. When billing is live, payment data is held by our payment processor (Stripe).
- Location data beyond what your IP suggests.
- Contacts, microphone, or camera access outside of files you explicitly upload.
Where it's stored
During the closed beta, application data is stored on infrastructure operated by the founder. We are migrating to AWS me-central-1 (UAE) before public launch so that GCC user data remains in the region. We will update this section when that move is complete.
How we use your data
- To run the auto-trim and coach-review features you signed up for.
- To let coaches view the videos you've explicitly requested a review on.
- To send transactional emails (review status updates, billing receipts).
- To improve detection accuracy in aggregate. We do not use your videos to train external models, and we do not share clips with third parties.
Your rights
You can:
- View and edit profile data on your account page.
- Delete an individual video at any time from the dashboard.
- Request full account deletion by emailing hi@rallypro.io. We process deletion requests within 7 working days during the closed beta.
- Request a copy of your data (data portability) by the same email.
Cookies
We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies during the closed beta.
