Standard tier is AED 110 per review. You keep 65% (AED 71.50); RallyPro takes 35%. Payouts run on bank transfer; cadence and other details land in your coach dashboard once you're approved.
Most coaches take 25–40 minutes per review. The smart-trim has already cut the dead time so you watch ~6–10 rallies, leave inline notes on a few shots that matter, and fill the structured summary. No 90-minute scrub-through.
Payouts are via secure bank transfer to your UAE account on review completion. During the closed beta we run these manually each cycle — we'll send you the details once you're approved.
Decline with a reason. The player isn't charged and we coach them on what to upload next time. We're rolling out resolution / duration / framing minimums on the upload side to make this rarer.
No, but you do need a coaching record we can verify — federation cert, head-coach role at a recognised club, or a professional playing background. The bar is "would a player at your level reasonably trust your read of their game?"
That's the most common pattern. Coaches set "available now" when they have capacity and pause when they don't. Reviews you've already accepted have a 5 working-day SLA, but new requests just queue until you reopen.
