Terms of Service
1. What RallyPro is
RallyPro is an automated padel video analysis service. We intelligently trim long match recordings into rallies, surface shot-level annotations, and connect players with verified coaches who provide structured video reviews.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use RallyPro. By signing in you confirm you meet that requirement and that the email you use is yours.
3. Closed beta
During the closed beta, access is invitation-only. We may add, change, or remove features at short notice. Service availability is not guaranteed and there is no uptime SLA.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of every video you upload. You grant RallyPro a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to (a) you, (b) any coach you have explicitly requested a review from, and (c) RallyPro operators for support and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use your videos to train external models and we do not share clips with third parties without your instruction.
5. Acceptable use
- You may upload videos that you filmed or have permission to film. Don't upload broadcast or streamed footage you don't have rights to.
- Don't upload content that is illegal, harassing, or that depicts minors in a context RallyPro isn't designed for.
- Don't try to break, scrape, or otherwise misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
6. Pricing & payment
Your first match is free (single upload, up to 10 minutes) so you can demo the service. After that, Pay-per-upload is AED 25 per processed video, and Player Pro is AED 99 per month for unlimited uploads. Coach reviews are AED 110 per completed review (a flat-rate "Standard" tier; future tiers may be added). During the closed beta, payment is collected manually until our Stripe integration goes live; we will charge once card billing is active and will not back-charge for the beta period.
Coaches keep 65% of the review fee. RallyPro retains 35% as a platform fee. The exact split is shown to coaches during onboarding and in their dashboard. Coach payouts are made manually during the beta and will move to automated payouts in Phase 2.
7. Refunds
If a coach declines or fails to complete a review you've paid for, we'll refund the fee in full. If you're unhappy with a completed review, contact us at hi@rallypro.io within 14 days and we'll review case-by-case.
8. Coaches
Coaches are independent contractors, not RallyPro employees. We verify coaching credentials at onboarding but do not guarantee any specific quality, depth, or turnaround time of a review. Coaches are responsible for their own tax and reporting obligations.
9. Termination
You can stop using RallyPro at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days during the closed beta.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" during the closed beta. Automated detection is heuristic — accuracy is good but not perfect, and you should review trimmed cuts before relying on them. RallyPro is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be heard in the courts of the emirate where RallyPro is registered (to be confirmed at public launch).
